That's how they were given to me. You can probably find something, somewhere, where they sell, items like these rings! And besides, it would be better to have sterile pins, anyways, for your own protection ! Hope that Helps !! Thnx 4 Looking !!

Do you know what gauge the holes are, I wear a 10 gauge in my nipples, but sometime those are too substantial for regular Nipple guards.....and @ Happy.... these take a barbell, better to use your own, or buy new as you wouldn't want used ones. LOL.....
