In the spirit of Christmas I have decided to have a fun Holiday themed auction!! So I thought it would be fun to have a auction themed the 12 Days of Christmas! Every day for the next twelve days I will be adding 1 item to the auction. All the items will be for a girl like cosmetics, jewelery, nail polish, etc. The winner can keep the items for herself or use them as stocking stuffers for someone else or gifts for others. I will post each day what the new item is with a picture.
Any questions are welcome! Thanks for looking, Good luck, and Happy Bidding!!

Also if you have anything you would like to see added I am open for suggestions. They don't have to be just for girl I might add some male items so the winner can use for gifts or just to add more variety.

**Also Going with the theme please leave a comment sharing you favorite holiday memory! Happy Holidays Everyone!!! =o)

The year I was 8 or 9. I got up to find that my mom had made me a doll; that year my mom and dad made our gifts; because we didn't have money for store bought. Loved it. The doll finally fell apart 2 years ago. I am now 45.

I love this idea. My favorite Christmas memory was when I was like 7 years old, I was starting to doubt the Jolly Old guy's existence and as I opened my presents Christmas morning I heard sleigh bells, coming from somewhere outside. Still not sure who did it because my mom was with me and my dad was asleep in bed - he'd been up all night putting things together and his snoring is unmistakable - needless to say I believed a little longer than most because of it :)

I don't even remember when I realized Santa wasn't real. Maybe he is? I think anything is possible, even Santa! lol I don't know where the idea of Santa came from but I am glad someone started Santa. Merry Christmas! Legend Rachel

By the way, anyone who tells another person's kid(s) that Santa isn't real should be "flogged" in public!!! (And I don't even have kids! LOL) I don't like that on TV either! Just not right!

I think this will be the first year we don't make cookies for Santa. my youngest is 10 and very sternly informed me that there is no Santa. it's very sad.

What a great idea this is! My favorie Christmas memory is just being in the kitchen with my mom and aunt and all the cousins making cookies. We spent the whole day in there and the kitchen was a mess but we always had so much fun decorating and eating cookies. I'm very proud to say that this is one of the things I do with my daughters every year and they seem to have as much fun as I did when I was little.

I love your auction. My favorite Christmas memory is of sitting in the living room on Christmas eve every year with the light out and the tree all lighted up. Underneath the tree are tons of gifts and I know that in the morning my family will be bursting with happiness. I do it every year and love it!!!!

I remember my mom using a cookie press to make "tea cookies" I think and watching the shaped cookie dough come out was so cool. But the cookies tasted yuckie to me, LOL, I think they were for having with coffee! (She also made sweet ones, teehee.)

My daddy put on a Santa costume and climbed on the roof to make it sound like reindeer. Then he made sure we heard the bells on the front door. After 'setting out presents" he came upstairs and stood in me and my sister's doorway. He left and my little sister jumped in my bed. The next day our parents pretended to be seriously confused as to where a present for both of us came from, they even pretended to whisper to each other, "did you get it?" "No, I thought you did." I still held onto that until a couple years ago when he broke the news to me, it was really depressing... I'm 24... LOL

Oh and we always set out cookies, milk, and carrots... and dad was always sure to leave crumbs EVERYWHERE...
One time my sister made a list for Santa to fill out to make sure it was really him so that night dad set a baby monitor by my room bc she always slept with me, and he would slip me little questions that they didn't know and i would get her to answer them so they could write them down. Genius.

Another time my brother fell down the stairs and got his head stuck in the stairs on Christmas morning when he was trying to come downstairs to wake me up... He was like two or three.
Sorry, I have a lot of stories... I'll shut it now. :D

My son's teacher told them in 3rd grade that Santa wasn't real. I was SO unhappy with her!! My son was at the "unsure" stage and i was planning on telling him but NOT 2 weeks before Christmas!!
My favorite memory though is the year my mom told me. I got a reall "grown up" record player and several albums because I was "a big girl now" ( I was only 5)
Good luck with your auction Rachel!!

I had to tell my daughter when she was 10 there was no Santa because I didnt have any funds to get anything she wanted. She still to this day plays like there is a Santa so Alyssa my little one is super excited. We even did the video online for Alyssa and she really thinks Santa sent it, everytime we watch it and they are deciding if she has been bad or good she runs out of the room scared. We have a key coming in the mail for her and it is going to tell her now that we moved Santa has no way in so she must leave him the key out on the porch so he can get it.

My favorite Christmas memory was the year the original Cabbage Patch Dolls came out when I was a little girl growing up in the 1980s. My mom and my grandmother tried many different stores to get me a doll for Christmas and kept getting stuck with gift vouchers good for January when the new shipments would come in. My uncle was in the Navy, stationed in Japan, and he was able to find tons of Cabbage Patch Dolls but the boxes were written in Japanese. He bought me one that was named Barbie Carol and I thought the box was so cool I left it in the box for two whole weeks. I took it to show and tell in the box, and everyone was jealous of the "cool" Cabbage Patch I got that had the neat box. I think that was the year that I learned all of the good stuff is made in Japan and China, lol.

My Favorite Christmas memory was the year Nintendo came out.. We got one for christmas but the actual memory was My dad wouldnt come out of my parents room all night on Christmas eve.. He was in there playing the game. The next day when they gave it to us he said he had to make sure it worked before he gave it to us.. lol. It was funny guess he did not have any gifts to put together that year..

I was going to add my favorite Christmas memory last night but I completely spaced it off lol. So my favorite memory would be when I was about 8 or 9. My parents couldn't do much for us most of the time but they did their best. But anywho When I was 8 or 9, I may have been younger, my parents woke us up super early. I remember seeing this HUGE box. I couldn't figure out what it was, I had no clue. They had gotten my twin brother and I bycicles. I had no idea that bycicles came in boxes lol. Merry Christmas! Legend Rachel
