Thanks for the advice, but since I lose 30% to Listia in fee's (TRIPLE what eBay charges) I can't invest the time and have no problem answering question from people, but thanks anyways.

Obviouslt it's NOT the same if yours runs a Celeron CPU, so the motherboards are completely different. You can swap the Mobo and it'll work, but the Celeron CPU does not fit an AMD motherboard. BIOS firmware doesn't matter, the processors are NOT compatible

My point is that came with vista and celeron and it to old to have any resale value to it so if i were to get it it would be a loss being that you have it gin so high

Sorry you feel that way, mine is a newer DualCore and with Windows 7, so it's a better machine. GIN is lower than most other computers on Listia, nothing is free and since shipping is about $35, that's just how it is.
