This auction is for 15 seeds ONLY, not a pod. Datura plants are poisonous to people & animals, if ingested - as many plants are. If you have children or animals that like to play with, chew on, or just generally mess with plants; you may not want to get these.

The plants grow best in zones 8 through 11, but I live in Illinois & they grow great here - about 5-7feet tall & I've seen them up to 5foot across. They have a lot of approximately 7inch flowers at maturity. Start indoors about 3-6weeks before the last frost in Spring, acclimate appropriately to outdoors over a couple days, plant in rich soil, then water regularly. Some people just toss the seeds down in the Fall & let them go. You can check further info online from many sources.
