Welcome! Thank you for your interest in this vintage, 1975 Litchville, North Dakota, 75 Year bronze medal. One side reads, "Born At Turn of 20th Century 1900-1975, Our 75th Year", and the other side reads, "75 Years of Growing - June 27-28-29, 1975, Litchville, North Dakota". It is approx 1 1/2 inches in diameter and weighs 20 grams. It appears to be made of bronze. I used a penny for size comparison.
