This phone was dropped in water and has problems booting up now. Sometimes it will start right up and sometimes you have to take the battery out a few times to get it to boot, my advice would be once you get it to boot up do not let it die or shut it off. Comes with charger , it is virgin mobile and you can choose to either buy a card or do a plan

Hey u could try taking the back off and take a hair dryer to dry it completely out that has worked for me a couple of times,btw Happy Holidays.

Bag of rice. I saw that on Oprah once & I tried it when my Mom washed hers after she forgot & left it in her jacket pocket. It worked. I also tried air drying another phone (cat knocked it in the dishwater), & while it took several days, that worked too. A hair dryer will work too, just be careful. Do you have several pics of the actual phone? My Mom would love that for Christmas! :) Fanned & watching!

I used both rice and a hair dryer, it worked to fix it a bit. Before it was not coming on at all. It was dropped like 3 weeks ago

yes but when I tried to use it yesterday it would not boot unless it was plugged in. I think the battery is shot and thats maybe why it has a problem booting up
