I always ship within 7 days via USPS however I have no control over how fast or slow the post office is after I have dropped it off. I am not trying to "scam" you if your item does not arrive as fast as YOU think it should. I request this amount of time as I have refunded credits only to find it was delivered a few days later and then I was out not just the item, but the credits and the shipping as well.
