I mail to the USA only, I do not mail to Canada.

I usually mail the seeds from the USPS and have a receipt with your zip code on it. If I do not go to the USPS, I will be able to supply you with photos of the seeds in the mailing card with the stamped envelope and photos of the front and back of sealed envelope.

If you do not receive your seeds, please contact me. If for some reason I goofed and did not mail the seeds and do not have a receipt or photos for the mailing, I will be happy to mail them to you at my expense provided I have them. If I do not have any, I will refund your credits. This is only if I do not have a receipt with your zip code on for the mailing or photos.

I mail in a regular envelope, no bubble envelope and no delivery confirmation. I package well. If you have concerns, I suggest that you do not bid and buy my seed auctions. It is not cost effective for me to provide a bubble envelope and delivery confirmation.

In many cases, it is the persons fault. Not always. And not every seed starts the same way. Some need soaked, Some need darkness. Some need stratified. Some need scarified. Wish me luck, I was handed some seeds yesterday that are from 2008 (they think). The one is something I would like on my 1.5 acres. The other is a tomato so that will wait til next spring. So here goes.....

I am now trying to start a yellow one. The flower is not the same but still very pretty.

GERMINATION: Just want to mention that I do not guarantee germination. There are too many variables. I always try with some of my seeds to germinate. If it does not work, I have more seeds to try another way. I have failures and believe it is me, not the seeds. Notified by a buyer that none of her seeds germinated, I decided to try them and within 4 days I had seeds sprouting. This would be the reason for no guarantee on germination.

yes they are. No different than in the wild many stay dormant until something happens. I had tried to start some mimosa trees and I got a couple going. Then decided to bake my dirt to sterilize it again. Well I put it in a coffee can for storage and the next thing you know there was a little mimosa tree coming up.

That is great. I found a seedling of a mimosa in a flower pot, planted it in yard. I just love it, took a while before it bloomed but when it did, wow.
