I'm not quite sure yet. I will be sending this by weight instead of flat rate because it will be cheaper that way. My guess would be somewhere around $5.

about how long is the skirt?

I'm 5'8" and it comes down to my ankles. It has an elastic waistband. I just measured it, and from the top of the waistband to the very bottom, it's 39".

unstretched it's 26", however stretched it is 39"
