Disc does have scratches but movie plays great no problems. On the special features side some plays great with no problems & some skip a little but if your DVD Player is sensitive to scratches then this DVD is not for you but I have been told that you can take it & get it clean for a low price at a DVD store.

It will come in a used black DVD case. What you see is what you get.
