This is a Vinyl (True Waterproof, not just the material they print on and lazily stick in Cricut machine and is just INDOOR Limited Waterproof) Harley Davidson Tank Decal. If the ink bleeds, lol impossible, guaranteed replacement. Not a sticker.

If you see a "Decal" that says waterproof on here! Nope, they buy Cricut Printable Vinyl that says it is waterproof, but that is Limited Indoor Waterproof and printed on an Inkjet printer only, can melt and ruin Laser Printer . . "So how can I provide a toner on Vinyl and be true Weatherproof/Waterproof?". Well I can and it's expensive and can't tell u the all my secrets! So if u want a cheap indoor sticker for a lower price, hey just ask. BUT IF YOU APPRECIATE QUALITY you don't have to replace 10 times over. Then check out my decals and one heck of a deal. Thx
