FREE: PS2 (playstation 2) WIRELESS Controller (please read)

Ok---so here it is. The Predator (by Pelican). That much I know. I got this off another site previously, and got scammed. Apparently you need some kind of card or something that goes into your playstation, to be able to use this. I was unaware of this, so cannot use it. It does also need 2 AA batteries. Maybe one of you have what is needed to be able to use this?
It is in mint condition, with nothing wrong with it. Even the colors on the buttons are nice and crisp! But, again, my loss is your gain!
