Hello! I have not used this specific product, because I do not need to use a product like this. I have, on the otherhand, have used at least 5 products from this same company and have had great results! I am a distributor.

To answer your questions, it doesn't cause the skin to puff at all. It will cause it to feel tight. If you used it on someone and they started to get puffy they may be allergic to it. I would have them wash it off ASAP.
Results lasts varies person to person. Typically around 8-10 hours. However with extended use it helps rebuild collagen and will lessen wrinkles more permanently..
