Hi, I love that this is cotton! My Mom only wears cotton so I would love to get this for her. She is a Large 3xl to a smaller 4xl, do you think this would fit her comfortably? Also, are the end of the sleeves elastic? Thanks so much! F&W!!

Yes, it is generous in size. They are just ruffled ends to the sleeves. Of course one could roll them up if they wanted, but they come 3/4 length which is nice. :)
