Pretty little ribbon skirt with roses on the tips with a feather boa and sequin hair clip.

For 'big' girls. Not suited for little ones bc of the obvious choking hazards.

Purchased for my Baby daughter from Zulilly. She has a huge collection of dress up items and it still to young to enjoy them. Never used taken out of the packages for pictures only.
