This is a really cute black velour gothic style skirt. It is a size Large and in excellent used condition. There are no holes or stains there is just some slight pilling on the semi see through strips of the dress but it's only noticeable if you are looking closely. I took some approximate measurements laying he skirt flat and measuring from side to side:

Waist: 13.5"-20" with stretch applied
Length: 29"

The skirt does have a lot of stretch and to give a better idea of the fit I am a size 7 in jeans and 37" around the hips and it fits with a good amount of stretch left.
