This is a really cute pinup style polka dot peplum dress from Hot Topic. It is a size Large and in excellent used condition. There are no holes or stains and was worn once and washed. Some of the hems need to be ironed but that's it. I have taken some approximate measurements laying the dress flat and measuring from side to side:

Bust: 15"-17" with stretch applied
Waist/middle: 12"-14" with stretch applied
Length: 26"

I have also includes the Hot Topic size chart in the last picture. To give a better idea of the fit I am 5'7", 140lbs and a 36B and I can get the zipper almost all the way but not completely. When I was 10 lbs lighter it fit perfectly. This comes from a smoke free but dog friendly home:) I'm sorry I will not lower starting bid, days and no GIN. Listia verified addresses only.
