The listing, 2g 8gb Iphone not working will not turn on has ended.

This is the fourth non working 2g iphone up for auction.
It looks good except for scotch tape on back to hold black cover in place.screen is in good condition

Do you know about cold solder ? i just heard about that. I do know you need a heat sink so you won't ruin the motherboard.... I'll throw in a few motherboards since you solder

I bought those on ebay about 2 years ago from different people. They were junk when i got them and they still are in my opinion . The 3g's are a lot better. I got 6 3g's that i will fix when i get some time

Yea, It really comes in handy when soldering very small wires. Like the ones on the battery for the 2g.

I use to solder when i was in airforce back in sixtys as a airborn radar and navigational
tech.Had to have good eyes to change out resistors and capasitors

A cold soldering pen gets really hot, and takes forever to cool off again. It can melt any solder almost instantly and cool the solder instantly.

Have a few new batterys i don't need to put on here in next couple of hours
You will have to try ebay for charger I saw sync cables on this site up for bid

No i'm not sure but thats the easy way to go 1st plus get some one who is an expert at soldering.... They should know about heat sinks or cold soldering..which i just found out they do / have.

I don't quite know how to explain this so here i go. I bought about 5 or 6 2g's not wking, 10 plus motherboards(2g) , got a bag full of extra parts before i started looking at the 3g. The 3g is easily to work on and the battery clips in not like the 2g. I just decided not to work on 2g's Spend some money to come to that decidision
Some people might not mine working on 2g's i do
