This is a cute double-layer skirt
The inside layer is a solid dark blue
The outside layer is a semi-sheer floral print
100% polyester
Elastic waist
The front length is 32" long
The back length is 38" long
(you can't see the difference in length in my picture because I had to fold it over in back to get a decent picture--my mannequin is too small)
The waist measures 44" unstretched and will easily stretch to 58"
The hip is about 70"
The bottom is about 80"
The tag says size 26/28W

In excellent condition! Looks like new.
