Description

The listing, ORIGAMI KIT (Tiered Auction) has ended.

By request guys, here it is. My very first tiered auction. I think I will do it in 800 credit increments. So, for every 800 credits I will add 1 different kit. There are 6 different ones, so you can get up to 6 kits.

Origami is the ancient art of paper folding. You can make many beautiful items by simply folding paper. One of the most popular things to make is a swan. However, there are a plethora of animals and structures and even people that can be made with a fold and a flip. This is great fun for children and adults alike. It makes for a great activity on family game night or just to keep the little ones busy for a bit. My family will sit down and have a fold-off. My 3 year old even gets in on the action. Although, her finished project tends to resemble a wad of crumpled paper instead of any recognizable form.
These kits that I am offering are origami made simple. The paper comes already inked so that when it is finished, the colors coincide with the animal, insect, bird or fish that it is supposed to be. Each kit includes 8 sheets of pre-inked paper for folding and one sheet with instructions on how to make 4 different forms.

There is a smoker in my home.
I do not have any dogs or cats.

Following is a list of forms that each kit has instructions for.
Photo #2; Insect Kit: Green Beetle, Yellow Beetle, Hornet and Butterfly
Photo #3; 2nd Insect Kit: Bee, Ladybug, Cicada and Butterfly
Photo #4; Bird Kit: Crane, Eagle, Parakeet and Swan

At 800 credits I will add a second kit. At 1600 credits, a 3rd and so on up to 6 kits. I will cut it off at 6 since that is how many different types of kits there are. If the bidding reaches that high, the winning bidder will get one of each kit. Thank you and happy bidding.

I forgot something. One kit costs me about $2 to send. So I will pay $2 of the shipping on this and the winner will have to pay anything over that. If the winner is willing to let me break the boxes down, I think it will ship less than if I ship them as is. I think all 6 kits will fit in one of those large manilla envelopes and I will make sure each kit is with its own, so that they don't get mixed up in shipping.

Oh yeah. If the bidding does not reach high enough for the winning bidder to get all of the kits, he/she will get to choose which different kits they want. Sorry it took me so long to get it re-listed guys. It has been an extremely loooong week. Have fun and be good. :)

I can do money orders as long as you can get it to me before the 19th of December. I leave on vacation on the 19th (my first true vacation in almost 20 years!!! :)), and if I don't get the shipping before then it will have to wait until after Christmas to be shipped. I have never done money gram before but am willing to attempt it if there is a location near me. Is that the one through Wal-Mart? If so, there is one of those close. ;) Lol. Good luck and have fun!!

both my 10 and 11 year old are obsessed with it and it is something that, for some reason, they don't get tired of. I had gotten all of these kits last spring and they went through so many of them. We still have origami stuff everywhere. It is definitely something that the whole family can enjoy.

If I win, would prefer the kits stay in boxes so I will be glad to pay actual shipping cost through PayPal. Thanks.

Not a problem at all hon. I will ship them the cheapest way possible. If you win let me know if you want tracking. I think it is around 80-90 cents extra.

We are a crafting family as well. My oldest sone came in this afternoon and showed me how to make an origami Christmas Wreath. It was quite nifty! He has been into origami for about 3 years now and is showing no signs of growing out of it. It keeps him busy. I hope your granddaughters enjoy if you win. :)
