The box says ASI #3300

The car is a white Chevrolet Lumina with a Villager Lodge logo on the hood. I am certain I received this at a hotel convention years ago & it's been sitting in my closet since then. The bottom of the car says 1990 but I do not know anything about them so can't say if that's the year it was made, or year of the vehicle?
