Would u say this color is for light med or dark complexions? Mink is not a shade im familiar with

I don't know if it's really meant for specific complexions as it says it is a pigment shadow, I assumed it was for the eyes. My skin tone is on the lighter side though and since my Ipsy is set to my specifications, I would guess it's meant for lighter skin tones.
