Up for bid is a large cameo. It's in very nice condition, but is too heavy for what I wanted it for, so I'm passing it on to someone who might be able to use a heavier brooch. This would be more for a heavier sweater, suit jacket or shawl (too heavy for lightweight fabrics, in my opinion).

Cameo is a black satin glass figurehead on top of a round black glass base.

It measures approximately 2" across, and can be worn as a brooch or a pendant. Rollover safety catch works well. I'm not sure what the metal content is (magnet does not stick to it). It has an antiqued finish.

It was hard to get a good picture of this item, because of the flash, but I picked the best photos out of all that I took. Please ask any questions before bidding.

Smoke-free home, as I assume was original owner. The case is not the original, but it is included.

It's really pretty and has a wonderful vintage look! Just a little too large, and not light enough for my purpose. Smoke-free home.
