This is a size XL dress the brand I guess it says Try me once Love me forever.

Measurements are across the trim for waist since the chest isn't really able the measure, laying flat 17 inches unstretched 20 inch stretched, with straps being adjustable I measured from top of strap to bottom hem 54 inches at straps at the shortest point, 57 1/2 inches with straps at longest point, the cups are probably a C sine I'm a d or dd and it shows way to much cleavage so yeah unless you like that then that's up to you but a C cup to be safe I'll say.

My Home is SMOKE FREE with one silly cat who has short hair and i've never worn this around.
