I always include a few extra in case any are defective, but I haven't had any problems with them.

Not only are these incredibly elegant, they allow you to make necklaces with very few of your more expensive beads! These work best with small silver balls on either end (see photos). I have both plain and stardust beads on Listia that work perfectly (see last photos).

These are great! Do you know the size (width or bead hole?) of the wire or cord that could be used with these?

I use them with Soft Flex, either size (fine or medium). The holes I think are about 2mm, so you can't use these with large cord like yarn or hemp. They should work with any type of regular beading wire.
