It does come with a few spare parts that is included with it: 1 6 volt twinkler bulb (red-tipped), 2 6 volt regular clear bulbs, and 1 3 amp spare fuse.

They do have a blinking feature, you can activate this feature by using the 1 red-tipped twinkler bulb. You replace any of the clear lights on the strand with the twinkler bulb.

THEY DO WORK! Tested, but never been used for anything.
