Ok my son accidently dropped it but it is not cracked or broken just scratched a little should still play just fine esp after ran through a cd cleaner he got another one BN again from Big brother so Im listing this one He wants MW3 now. It is in original box as you will see and box is in great condition with all original booklets inside that originally came with it. Im actually surprised about that one lol.

Shipping free only if it goes over 1000 credits otherwise winner pays exact.

Ok here is how I do shipping
winner pays if in between the 3rd and the 26th of any given month unless otherwise stated.
if auction ends before the 26th and after the 3rd

however if winner is willing to wait until the 26th-1st and it's at requested bid amount and the winner will wait a few more days or so for shipping time I can do free shipping on some items not all ask me first if I can or not either way that’s why and all my auctions will say now that buyer pays exact but this will be in each description from now on its US only cause international you know you guys often cost way more depending on the type of item it is.

If you don’t understand this message please ask before bidding. Please ask anything your not sure of before bidding on any ones auctions my advice.

I can only do about say $50 a month in free shipping so please again ask me first to be sure.

Have you tried it sense it was dropped to make sure it still works fine, or are you just guessing? If you haven't tried it yet I would appreciate it if you did. And also is there anyway you could do free shipping on this auction, please? And you should lower the days a little bit. :P

I will get back to you on this we did try it a little after the drop and it let us go to the menu page but I didnt try to play it I will see if can in next few days therefore at this time I will not lower the days as for free shipping i can only do free shipping now and end of the month unless i get some extra cash in such as my child support but I have learned not to be to counting on that I dont get money again until the 26-31st or 1st so if oyu want it sooner you gonna have to pay the shipping which will be about $4

yes I can but again no guarantee this game works It did go to the menu but I didnt have a chance to play play it yet and I dont have my oldest sons xbox360 here personal reasons cant explain but anyhow im sure it can be easily fixed by a shop or using the link I gave above tips use the link beloiw

with all due respect that scratch would kill that game i doubt it would even get past the error screen again this is just from personal experince

it went straight to the menu and select play screen when I tried it and I am gonna test it again hopefully sometime this weekend i will make sure it works beofre sending it out to winner it is one light sratch from my viewing it I have ps2 and pc games that have worse scratches and still play great idk about xbox 360 games but i do know the winner could possibly take it in to have it buffed/repaired too

i suggest if ppl dont trust this game will play through not to bid anymore until i test it I will end the auction per listia and relist later however if you all understand it isi not 100% guaranteed it will play and still wnat to bid on it thats your alls choice I did test it a little before and will do so again soon just havnt been able to yet

i may have to end this auction have not had an opportunity to retest i need to know from the high bidder right now what they want me to do and I ask that he or she let me end the auction and test it more if it does indeed work i will relist it and notify him or here and of course everyone else keep an eye on my auctions for it to reappear if I do relist it at this point ppl keep bidding and must not be reading my comments or something cause i asked this before a few days ago

i think its just that its not clear or not if the game works.. light scratches should not really affect gameplay.. but honestly, and no disrespect but how hard is it to pop the game in and play for five.
