What you see is all you get. The kit has been used so all you get is the design and left over thread to match. Includes full instructions the needed colors of DMC threads plus samples of previous thread from kit but of course with this now you can always change to your own color scheme. There isn't a face plate only the finished picture with how it will look. I did this years ago on a single light switch and loved it and wanted the double to do it again. Found this one "as is" on Listia and just made a copy of the instructions and am passing it on to you. Maybe you will do the same. You can get the clear plates at Micheals and at Hardware stores and adjust the spacing to fit if necessary. NON smoking home. Thanks for looking.
