I was borned in Lyons County is a small place called Americus. That was 72 yrs ago. Maybe I will be lucky and win the earrings. I need something for a Christmas present for a d-I-l. Now in Washington. Yes I say Warshington and just infuriates my kids lol

My dad was from Kent Washington. Beatiful place. cool weather. Perfect for my hobby of plant growing. I still have cousins your age in Washington. I remember visits to my grandparents in Kent Washington. The place smelled like apples, pine trees and salmon. I envy you. Do you know how hot it was for weeks at a time here in Kansas last summer? I was raised in San Diego and I thought even hell had cooler breezes than we had here last summer. I will keep my fingers crossed for you and those earrings you want. Nothing fancy. Not real stones, just pretty to look at. Kate I try to explain to everyone that I like alot of you and don't want you getting your hopes up too high. I charge 100 credits because I pay for the shipping and it is pretty cold out there to go to the post office.

It is 25 degrees here right now. I live about 35 miles as the crow flies from Mt Rainier. We lice in the country outside of Eatonville Wash. Kent is about 40 miles from me. We had a few hot days last summer but nothing compared to a few summers growing up here. I remember going swimming in the Month of May. this year it was cold and rainy and still snowing in the MT. I love growing flowers and then I have my squash garden. We have Deer and elk and wild animals all around us. A huge grove of cedar trees on our property. Right now all we are rasing on the farm is 7 chickens. We will be getting another cow. In Kansas when I wa s little we had a fairly big farm that belonged to my Dads Foster Mother.
My D=I-l wears stud earrings and small ones. I don't have the money for Chritmas presents so what I win on here and baking cookies and a few things I bought off my own site for the grandkids. So what ever I win on here will make a nice present. I am up keeping the fire going as the wood stove is our only heat and it is dang chilly out .I don't know why they don't give all the credits a person bids. I bid high so I could go to sleep. But so far there are only two bids. I know what you mean going to the post office. We have a 20 mile round trip to the post office. Going to the mail box is absolutely bone chilling. And Kansas gets very cold. keep warm I have to stoke the fire and go out and get some more wood.

You are the nicest down to earth person I've met in a long time. In San Diego county in a beach town I lived 2 miles inland from the beach, on the other side of interstate 5. My father made sure we had goats, chickens turkeys horses dogs,(to this day I won't own an animal) but the chickens were cute turkeys are mean dogs were lazy but I loved the squash and berry gardens. My mom like peppermint growing all over and even now I wish someone would list eucalptus leaves to auction as I would bid. You seem to work hard. You should stay healthy as my doctor says. I remember when it snowed in San Diego in 1967. December 13th. Poor friends of mine had no idea what was falling out of the sky for awhile. You don't by chance have eucalyptus trees on your property do you.??

no eucalyptus Fir,cedar, maple but no Eucalyptus. Lots of mint. I never did get to see the beach when I was in California. worked at the Peppermill in Salinas California. Then traveled a lot but came back home and sett;ed down and now raised kids and animals when we moved here, I can jams and jellies from the wild berries and the garden was so bad this year. that I didn't get to put up pickles or any thing else. Well the guys are getting up to go to work.my e-mail is Irishann@aol.com. Love to hear from you. Having a house full of men it is nice to talk to a woman.
