Check the pictures. I believe the 20 WWII stamps are never hinged? So is the British one but it was stuck and is missing half it's glue and paper underneath. The old Special Delivery Envelope has an official watermark, it is a first day of issue, but is missing it's back flap. Someone with sweaty fingers seems to have previously wet the Austrian stamps maybe? And some of the German stamps are slightly soiled and worn from seventy years of handling as well.
