Was worn by my son in High School and then put in a storage bag and hung. No tears that I've found and I've searched. Pockets are intact. One inside pocket, two outside. The zipper shows some color rub off and the hook attachment, but other than that it's in great shape. You could consider it a vintage jacket as it's from the 1990's.
