You will receive the collection of beautiful stamps shown in the pictures above, what you see is what you get. This set is not mounted on any kind of board and is sent in a glassine envelope. Some or most of these stamps are up to 71 years old. And all are still in MNH condition.

The 3¢ rate for first-class had been unchanged since 1932, but by 1958 there were no more efficiency gains to keep the lid on prices, and the rate went to 4¢, beginning a steady series of rate increases that reached 49¢ as of January 26, 2014.
