The listing, Monroe and Main Sleeveless Top with High/Low Hem has ended.

This is a very nice Monroe and Main top made of 100% rayon but feels like a super soft cotton. It has a split back and is approximately 20" in front, from center of neckline to bottom, and 28" in back, from center of neckline to bottom. It says machine wash and lay to dry, but I've always just put it in the dryer and it never shrank at all.

Would it fit a 38c bust or 22 from arm pit to armpit?

It is a stretchy soft fabric, loose it is 20" bottom of armpit to armpit but easily stretches out to 22" and still would maintain it's shape. I measured just now. I am a 40A and it hung very nicely. I just don't wear it now that I'm retired, loving my sweats now!!
