The listing, Dress Barn Woman Sheer Floral Blouse has ended.

I have checked this blouse entirely for any flaws--eg snags, holes, tears--and haven't found any. Only thing is that I can't find the number size nor the type of care. This blouse does have what appears to be painted glittering so definitely machine wash is out. The few times I wore it--with a black camisole underneath; sorry not included--if need be I would wash very carefully with cold water and mild detergent...of course, if you want to play safe dry cleaning is an option which I also took as this blouse is a beauty with its pink floral design; I'd thought it was like a Japanese kimono yet lighter. As I've lost weight, it's rather large on me; the measurements are posted in the last two pics--many thanks for looking!

This is so pretty! Would say the sleeves are long or 3/4? Based on the measurements it looks like it's probably a 2xl. Does that sound right? Thanks!! F&W

The sleeves are 3/4 sleeves long; I just did a quick fit to check. Now that I remember, when I'd bought this top, I think Dress Barn's sizes might have tended to be a bit smaller then. I'd bought this from Dress Barn Woman, which was for the plus sizes, but the top was at the "lower spectrum" which would have made it a 14/16 or 18/20. I think that is around the 2XL range if that answers your question sufficiently. It can also be a roomy XL because don't forget that this top will require a camisole; it's fully sheer.

Hi, thanks for responding! If this is a 14/16 it would be too small for me. If it is an 18/20 then it would fit because that is a 2xl. Hmmmm I think it might be too small for me. Thanks anyway and good luck with your auction!! It's a beautiful blouse!

Thanks for the compliment! I'm sorry about the sizing; I did provide measurements in the photos. I don't want to say that the top runs big or small because I think that's a bit more of a generalization and not exactly specific. I try to be as specific as possible in my listings. I do think the top is roomy but the customer knows their own size better than I do so I won't push the issue. As for my 'tiel, his name is Chipper and I got him when he was 4 months old; he's now 11 years old and a real sweetheart and a ham, really a treasure in my life. He sings, talks, whistles and loves to do it... I had to get a new iPhone as my contract was up and believe me, when Chipper saw the (video)camera, he knew what to do...started his repertoire!
