Winner receives this Test / Dummy stamp plus the information card. I used a paper punch to create a nice curve at each corner. Stamp is not affixed to the card, so you can place it on it or add it to your album or what ever you want. The information below is a copy from the card.

FOR TESTING PURPOSES ONLY (FTPO)
Dummy Stamps were produced by U.S. Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) with some private sector corporations. The stamps were used to test printing presses, finishing process, affixing machines and dispensers like vending machines.

Primarily intended for internal used, not regularly available
outside printing facilities. Information can be found in the Scott Specialized Catalog under the section “Test Stamps”. Some printed as ‘defaced’ stamps (single or double horizontal lines, similar to pre-canceled stamps).

Color: black pebble-surface coil.
Often not as common to find, also considered a form of Cinderella stamp and in the United States are also commonly referred to as ‘dummy stamps’.
