It is in VGUC, with very minimal wear on the front cover. It even has the sheet of stickers inside. I found it in a box of 7 truck loads of stuff I recovered from a hoarder's house. I'm assuming it went in the box not long after being bought. I am putting it in a plastic sleeve now.
