Its never been used. The pin code on the back has not even been scratched off.

This card has instructions on the back. You can use it to call from the USA/Canada to make a phone call to someone in another country or if you are traveling or live out of the USA/Canada then you can use it to make phone calls from your country to someone in another country. Basically, it is like prepaid minutes for international use. I bought it to use when I went on my honeymoon to call home but needless to say it was my honeymoon & it did not get used. =] I hope this helps... there are also instructions on the back of the card.

No but it would more likely be used when calling from a land line. For instance, we bought it when we went on our honeymoon to call home from our hotel to avoid ridiculous international rates on our cell phones.
