This item is a relist. I got this about a week ago to use temporary. Everything works and it's a AT&T phone. The display has scratches, but not noticeable when turned on. This phone is a touch screen with conversation texting. It's not a smart phone so it doesn't require the high data plan. You can use with a pre-paid card or contract. It's required that you have a SIM card for it to work. If anyone needs more information, leave a comment and i'll answer your questions to the best of my ability.

You MUST have a sim card for it to work. It cannot work without a sim card.
