This dressy black top made by White House/Black Market is perfect for Date night or even the office. Wear the tie hanging down or wear it up in a bow! It is a 92% polyester and an 8% spandex blend. This means it has a nice stretch for when/where it's needed. This top is in great condition and hasn't been worn except for trying it on. It just wasn't my style.

SIZE - XL but fits me at a 1-2X
MEASUREMENTS - Armpit to Armpit = 21 inches
= 25 inches stretched
Length = 28 inches long
