is there like an automatic biding ... everytime i place a bid it tells me i'm out bidded

What you can do is place a higher bid; for example the current bid is 100 and you bid 101 and it says 'out bid'. That means someone has put in, for example, a bid of 200. Their bid will keep jumping up to beat your bid until you put in say 210...in essence they're hedging you won't keep putting in bids until you get over their 'high bid'. So simply pick your highest number you want to bid and enter it. I really hope my example helps you. Happy Bidding!
