The listing, WALNUT BRITTANY WOODEN CROCHET HOOK has ended.

The sizes i have here are 51/2 4.0 mm,size 7 4.5mm,d 3.25 mm,e 3.5mm,f 3.75 mm,g 4.25mm,h 5.0mm,i 5.25mm,j 5.75, k 6.5mm,l 8.0mm,m 9.0mm
the three hooks that have been used are size d,f,and g, just three of them the other hooks have not been used at all, these hooks are made out of walnut. and the carring case comes with it .

Birch are being made now. Originally, they were made of black walnut, according to my research. The black walnut is no longer made. If I were to guess, I'd say they were black walnut. The birch are light in color, which is normal for birch. Still a hardwood, just a different look.

the company website says it makes them out of birch...so you mean walnut coloured?

I did not know this, I got these from annies attic, in the year 1994. and they were advertised as brittany walnut crochet hooks. they could of changed how they made them over the years, these crochet needles are going to be 20 years old in 2014

I have 1 wooden crochet hook, doesn't even have the size on it, but I love it. It is longer than the metal / steel hooks and reaches beyond the width of your hand. I have fanned you and am watching this awesome auction!

Great hooks... To avoid getting your credits tied up on another auction wait to the last few seconds of the auction to bid that way if something comes up that you want more you have the choice to save the credits of spend them. I thing a lot of bidders do this. I st an alarm on my cell to remind me on a item I want real bad... Faned and watching
