Description

The listing, 1897 INDIAN HEAD PENNY has ended.

This is for an 1897 indian head penny that is in good4-5 condition. there is one defect on the coin, on the head side near the part where the "of america" is there is a defect. it looks like someone pinched it with pliers and caused a slight line to be indented on that part of the coin. when you look at the same spot on the back, it looks like it might have been bent forward with something. im just trying to describe this the best i can because my camera cant pick up the flaws in it. its great for a beginner and great to add to your set as a filler until you find a better one. i have another one thats in fine condition and if this one does well, ill post that one as well. to the people who have won my auctions, they know im honest in my descriptions and i ask that if any of you read this comment on the fact that my coins arrive just as described, and most we put up without a picture. im honest. i think all sellers here should be. if you have any questions, feel free to ask, on request i can email you a picture, but im not sure youll be able to see the defect in the coin, but i assure you this is a good coin for grandkids, and beginner collectors. they wont have to worry about damaging a collectable coin and can take it to show and tell without the chance they could ruin the value of it. in its condition, its worth about $1.50-$3.00, so ill start the bidding mid way. any ?s just ask. thank you for looking.

and as always FREE SHIPPING with my coins.

I sent Johnny the pictures, he can vouch that there is a defect in the coin, but it's in good shake other that that. Just ask him, he bid once he saw the pictures. Thanks johnnykl95!

to all those bidding, 50 credits isnt a lot. so to boost this up ill add a bonus as i always do. if i can get this over 500credits ill include a 1968-s bu penny. if you would like to see what type of condition the 1968-s penny is in, look at my past auction for the 1969-s bu penny, they are both identical, and the 1968-s bu will be included FREE AS A BONUS if THIS auction reaches over 500credits, or somethins pretty darn close....at my discretion, if its something like 462, ill throw it in at my discretion. i cant post a picture because the auction has a bid, but check out my past auction of the 1969s, the 68 is just like it. PERFECT! good luck and happy bidding!

This auction is doing better than other idnians I had with no flaws! Must be the year. If anyone is interested I have one of the same year in good4-5 condition, but it would HAVE to get more credits than this one. If this reaches over 500 I'll see if I have any Indian heads that aren't in that great of shape. I'm not sure if I have any, so it's not a guarantee yet, but let me check and I'll keep you informed. Don't bid excepting to get the bonus until you hear that I have it. I've got over 250k in coins and need to search through them. Any coins you need to complete a set, just ask I might have them and if you're nice like Johnny, I just might put them up for auction:) thanks everyone for your interest. I want you all to trust me and my auctions, if you have any concerns ever, let me know. I'm selling these to get credits to buy toys for tots, so if you have some toys for auction let me know. Cape coral Florida has a 16% unemployment rate and no child will go without on chrismast If I can help it. Email me at jaycfunnyman@gmail.com if yours interested in helping, thank you for your time.

well i think he was disappointed because he didnt get the best stuff, but the reason he bid was to get it over 5000, i threw in a seated liberty dime (1887) if i believe. a very rare coin. plus since he didnt get the best coins (they are drawn live at random and can be seen on ichat) i added four extra coins i know he collects to make up for the fact he didnt get the best coins in the grab bag. he was happy with that and like i said its all up to chance i have no idea on what will come out of the grab bag auctions, and if i feel like the items arent worth the credits, i try to make it up, even though i dont have to. i could have just said thats how the cookie crumbles and forgot about it . but hes my favorite buyer and i want to keep him and everyone else happy. knowing that all my grab bags will be 100%fair and iwill have no control over what comes out. thanks for the question. anymore, just ask. i always reply.
