Wonderful, cool summer sun dress that as you spin this dress will spin and lift to cool your legs and belly as well. As a matter of fact, if you live in an area where there's underground subway systems you can do a Marilyn Monroe imitation as what happens to her in that famous clip from "The Seven Year Itch" and her skirt blows up!
This is a beautiful pink and gray elasticized top, flared skirt dress. Great for this time of the year. A light shirt, shawl or shrug would be perfect to keep too much of the burning rays of the sun off your shoulders or so would a high rated SPF Sunscreen!

This dress is sized as "One Size" but I've thrown some extra measurements for my ladies! The top of the dress without expansion is 11 1/2", top totally expands to 23" and top of the dress to the hem is 34".
