I wish my xxl measured 15" lol. It was my daughter's, she has been cleaning out her closets and all I know is what the tag says and what my tape measure said. I provided both to help inform my bidders so I'm misrepresenting my items. I do know how to read a tape measure, so I'm definitely sure about that, and I took a pic of the tag. I listed it under women's, but the first part of my description says Jr. I'm not sure where the lines are drawn, so I do the best I can :) I hope this makes sense? I really want my bidders to know what I can :) I hope you have a great weekend sweetie :)
