no they are not brand new but have only been worn about 4 times. i het them last year right before christmas. im sorry i wont be able to do free shipping.

fanned and watching! shipping on these shoes is about right i just shipped a pair and it cost me 10 but that was first class if you ship parcel post it is cheaper and it takes longer. You did a great job at the shipping cost guess.

True to size just means they fit a shoe size 8, you know how some things say they're one size but they're either a little big or a little small? $10 sounds about right for shipping, a large flat rate box is $10.95 so just ignore the people ***** about shipping costs! I wear a size 9 so I was also wondering if these fit like an 8 or are a little big... they're so cute!
