ALL are shipped with a sample, packing slip, delivery confirmation number and email confirming we shipped USUALLY the next day from receiving shipping info if it is FREE and same or next date if you paid for the shipping. We are not bill collectors, if you don't want to use PayPal only and understand that I don't combine ship please don't bid, give someone else a chance that really wants it.
