The listing, Panasonic TC-P42U142" VIERA® U1 Series 1080p plasma HDTV - SIGNATURE REQUIRED AND INSURANCE has ended.

You are looking at a Panasonic 42-inch plasma screen TV that was manufactured in August of 2009 we have tested the product and it does function properly the remote is missing thus this listing will not come with the original factory remote. I want to apologize for not taking pictures of the TV when it was on prior to packing it up getting it ready to ship. I apologize profusely for this is already sealed and I found a box for it the second that I listed it so it is wrapped and ready to go to its final destination.

This product will be sent by the United States Postal Service priority mail with at least $350 worth of insurance on it. I cannot tell you how many horror stories I hear from people who ship TVs by the United States Postal Service and they have broken in transit. As you can see the stand is already broken there's a plastic piece that is missing from it you will receive all of the screws for the stand to go into the TV the stand does function properly and does hold up the weight of the TV.

Shipping is non-negotiable on this product it is 67 lbs weighted for shipping.

Buyer Beware, I brought an Iphone on Monday he claimed Express Shipping but the tracking only says Priority and the tracking was printed but never given to the Post Office.

Actually I checked with the post office and it was still sitting on the counter it's a small post office here in Billings I apologize that it did not get out as fast as it probably should have gotten out however it is on its way to you and the tracking is valid. You can tell people to beware if you wish to but the package is on its way to you I apologize that it's not being sent in the proper manner and that I didn't leave when it was supposed to leave. I don't control the United States Postal Service they do what they want to do. However just like I told the other guy about making assumptions maybe you should do the same and allow the United States Postal Service to send it and get it to you before you start saying anything just because the tracking doesn't upload when you want it to doesn't mean that it didn't get sent.

I just want to say this so that we're both on the same page then I said and I said yes did actually leave when it was supposed to leave now it was sitting on the counter at the post office however I would super duper appreciate it if people who have a problem with an order with personally message me instead of trying to blasphemy all over Listia about how they ordered a product on Monday and they haven't received it on a Wednesday. There's a thing called messaging and all you had to do was message me and ask for a phone number and you could have called me I have nothing to hide here I'm also not going to shy away from controversy if you have a problem with me you have a problem with your order there is a thing called the message button and all you want to do is send a message instead of trying to send shade and hate all over come on we're better than that people. I'm not going to hide someone's displeasure with my service if you have a problem however you should probably message me instead of posting things on my auctions.

That is dangerous, I make it a point to have it scanned. My mail person can scan my packages out of my mailbox. I ship very often as you can tell by the number by my name. I don't mind shipping free because I prefer the credits but to each their own. I make sure my items are scanned and if there is a long line the Post Master will come out and scan them.

We don't get that opportunity here this is Billings Montana this is it Houston Texas this isn't Omaha Nebraska this isn't Chicago Illinois is where you can demand that somebody come out and scan your product there are two people here and one Postmaster General for a county of probably somewhere around a hundred and twenty thousand people. Please be patient your package is on its way and I apologize that it's not getting there as quick as possible

Hope she doesn't scam u and hope u didn't scam her.. but long as u got the tracking number n it says delivered u will keep credits and she can't leave negative feedback when dispute is over... watching this item..

She got the phone she hasn't left me negative she hasn't left me positive it doesn't really matter to me she's one of the most demanding customers I've ever had but I accept that challenge and I appreciate that type of challenge because what it does is it makes me stay on my toes I appreciate when someone can keep me on the ball. But some of the things that she's requesting are outside of my control. I don't control the postal service and I definitely don't tell them people in that post office what to do in the city that I live in. She obviously received the phone and she went through all of the procedures and the activation process because it was already activated so that you could use the phone I'm just waiting on her to say something bad or something good about the phone. I don't want to give someone the joy of knowing that their behavior cause me to do something. I don't believe in blocking people I believe in correcting the or curbing their behavior. Some people are just not easy to get along with and some people are just never going to be satisfied. On eBay I block anybody who I open an unpaid item case on however here I just feel like this community is closer to it than that community and that we should be able to as people work out whatever issues we have because normally there is no money exchanging hands for products. based on this I just don't see the reason and blocking anyone. I don't find that you have to block anyone I find that you just need to be Stern and stand to your morals. there are tons of people who asked me to ship for free here on Listia I'm not interested in shipping for free because I have to take money out of my pocket and give that to the United States Postal Service I'm not paying to ship you your item you're going to pay to ship your item. I'm pretty sure of that upsets a lot of people I also don't combine shipping here or on eBay that has a lot of people hot but I stand by it and people understand it and the products that I have people want so they bid and understand that they're not getting combined shipping.
