Description
The listing, Brand New in Package Gerber Prefold cloth diapers has ended.
I thought these were flats when I bought them, and I have plenty of pre-folds, so my mistake is your lucky day! :-) These are Brand New Gerber prefold cloth diapers, 3 ply, 100% cotton birdseye. 14x20". Package of six.
Questions & Comments
I have Econobum and Gerber. I definitely prefer the Econobums because they are thicker and MUCH more absorbent. I actually use them for our overnight diaper. But for daytime or when I want to use a snappi I use Gerber prefolds. They get the job done as long as you can change every few hours (like you should anyway). PLUS, they make a heck of burp cloth or dish towel.
I've been very tempted to try Econobums, but I really do have plenty already. I only bought these because I have never tried flats, and I thought that is what they were. Oh well, now I have something fun to put on Listia. :-D
And glad you didn't mind me stepping in and answering about the earlier question. I don't like to step on toes and answer questions on other people's listing usually, but didn't figure you'd mind. ;-)
These are prefolds. They are 3-ply through the center, for absorbency. Flats are the single ply ones that are kind of like a large sheet of gauze. Flats and prefolds are made of the same material, just flats are much larger and single ply and prefolds are smaller in size (so when they are tri-folded they fit well in a diaper cover) but usually have triple-ply.
