Metal wind-up toy.Ice cream vendor with pedal-driven ice cream cart.
Approximately 4-1/4 in. high and 4-inches long. Ice cream cart and ice cream guy are both metal. Guys head is made from plastic (so are the his feet and the white nubs at the end of pedals).
The string running through guys body holding on his arms is a little bit loose making his arms a little wobbly. There are little metal tabs that can be opened to make the repair.
Wind up mechanism works well and cart travels in a circular pattern.
