I feel your grief NateyCakes. I think Listia has been able to bring affordability to folks to be able to start their own backyard gardens. The excitement of knowing that you finally have vegetable seeds coming to begin your own vegetable garden is probably overwhelming...

When listing seeds become stressful or I'm ever at the demand of 'demanding' buyers.. I'll stop listing my seeds as well. I like to list seeds to be able to purchase unusual seed variety or to purchase seeds for my local foodbank. Many people don't know that food banks are not only glad to have backyard gardeners plant rows for the hungry but, are will also glady accept vegetable seeds to give-a-way.

I team up with other backyard gardeners in my area to plant rows for the hungry and so, I'm always in search of seeds.

I know what you're feeling NateyCakes. I enjoy heirloom gardening and folks don't understant at times how time consuming harvesting vegetables in order to collect seed can be. Then to have to package it, post a listing, gather information then pay for shipping. Ask any Listia gardener.. we're not making much off of our seeds. It's a fun thing for us to do and we're able to bid on seeds we wouldn't necessarily purchase for ourselves. When the fun is gone.. then I'm gone. ~Cheers, LosAngeles

i real like this, and i'm so happy to here that you are doing this, i have been doing it also, when i can, have had a couple girls out here to help plant for other people on low incomes., and organtic gardens too. ty and merry christmas to you.
